Fundamentals is a USA Field Hockey sponsored program focused on player development. The program will emphasize skills and drills, alongside intersquad scrimmages. It will consist of 8 sessions held across 5 weeks.
- Target Audience: True beginners, younger players, and those still developing basic skills.
- Focus: Core coordination, basic stick familiarity, and falling in love with the game.
- Technical Skill: Dribbling, Passing, Basic Game Knowledge
- Coaching Style: High-energy, game-based play, and making connections
